Earlier today descriptions of Cavill as 'Superman were leaked online and we got a much earlier look at the detail of his costume. It is certainly very dissimilar on or after any Superman costume that has come before it -- the most understandable change being the lack of briefs. However, the images also exposed the feel of the uniform, which we could see in the first image, looks very similar to the Spider-Man movie set of clothes. The chain-like effect gives the costume a more serious tone, which will likely reflect the tone of the upcoming film. We also get a closer look at the outline design of the costume which is likely more for aesthetics than functionality, and confirmation that the suit will indeed be darker. Notice also that he is only wearing the cape in some of the photo, so whether it will be a staple part of his uniform remains to be seen!Needless to say, we think he looks pretty good. What do you think? 'Superman' is currently filming starring actor Henry Cavill as 'Superman and Amy Adams as 'Lois Lane.' The film is listed to be at large in theaters sometime in 2013.
